Import goods.<\/a>
Import clients.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To import goods from My Store, you need to transfer data from a file created in My Store to our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to transfer:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Transfer from a file created in the Reserves category; <\/li>
  2. Transfer the file from the Goods and Services category. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the first case, you will be able to transfer:<\/strong> Name. Article. Quantity. Cost price. Price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And you will NOT be able to<\/strong> – Category, Barcode, and Description (Screen 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the second case, you will be able to transfer:<\/strong> Name. Category. Barcode. Article. Cost price. Price. Description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And you will NOT be able to<\/strong> – Quantity in stock (Screen 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Attention! <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Brand and Image CANNOT be transferred in either the first or second option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you choose the first option, what you need to do.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to your My Store in the Goods –<\/strong> Reserves<\/strong> section. Here you can sort the goods by the criteria you need. For example, sorting by residues is done for all available options (Screen 3). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Then go to Print – Stocks by items<\/strong> (Screen 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. In the dialog box that opens, select Download in Excel format<\/strong> (Screen 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Upload the generated file and open it (Screen 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ATTENTION!<\/mark><\/strong>
    When creating a file in My Store and transferring data to our service, we can currently ONLY work with simple single-store goods, as well as with variable goods with modifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Then go to our service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Option 1: IF YOU TRANSFER ONLY SIMPLE GOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A) Go to HugeProfit in the Goods – “Upload from Excel<\/strong>” section (Screen 7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u0411) Next, you need to upload our template by clicking “Upload” (Screen 8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u0412) Open the uploaded file from HugeProfit (Screen 9). You will have the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Name.<\/li>
    2. Category.<\/li>
    3. Barcode.<\/li>
    4. Article.<\/li>
    5. Brand.<\/li>
    6. Quantity.<\/li>
    7. Cost.<\/li>
    8. Price.<\/li>
    9. Description.<\/li>
    10. Image (link).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \u0413) Transfer ALL fields<\/strong> that match from the file created in My Store to the template created in our system (Screen 10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u0414) Once you have transferred the data, upload the document, add it to HugeProfit, and click “Add products from Excel” (Screens 11, 12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u0415) The products have been transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Option 2: IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING A VARIABLE PRODUCT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u0410) You need to create at least one variable product with the necessary modifications in HugeProfit (How to add a variable product) (Screen 13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u0411) Next, you need to export your variable product to Excel using the Export to Excel<\/strong> icon (Screen 14).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      B) Next, you need to upload your variable product to Excel, using the Upload to Excel<\/strong> icon (Screen 14).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      C) Open the created file. Your product with modifications (in our case, color and size) will be displayed there (Screen 15).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      D) Delete all data and fill in the variable products from the file generated in My Store (Screens 16, 17). Save the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Important!<\/mark><\/strong>
      All variable products must have the SAME NAME. In our case, it’s Sweater Olga Oversize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      E) Next, you need to upload the saved file by clicking the “Upload” button (Screen 19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Z) When you have added the file, click “Add products from Excel” (Screen 20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What you need to do if you choose the second option.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to your My Store in the section Products –<\/strong> Products and Services<\/strong>, where your products will be displayed (Screen 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Next, click on the “Export” button and select Export to Excel<\/strong> (Screen 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      ATTENTION!<\/mark><\/strong>
      When creating a file in My Store, a simple single-component product, a variable product with modifications, and a composite product may be formed, but without marking the components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Next, go to the HugeProfit service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Option 1: IF YOU TRANSFER ONLY A SIMPLE PRODUCT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A) Go to HugeProfit to the section Products – “Upload from Excel<\/strong>” (Screen 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      B) Then you need to upload our template by clicking the “Upload” button (Screen 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      C) Open the uploaded file from HugeProfit (Screen 7). You will have access to the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Name.<\/li>
      2. Category.<\/li>

      6. Quantity.<\/li>
      7. Cost.<\/li>
      8. Price.<\/li>
      9. Description.<\/li>

        D) Transfer ALL matching fields from the file created in Cloudshop to the template created in our system (Screens 8, 9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        E) When you have transferred the data, upload the document, add it to HugeProfit, and click “Add products from Excel” (Screens 10, 11).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        E) The goods have been transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Option 2: IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING A VARIABLE PRODUCT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A) You need to create at least one variable product with the necessary modifications in HugeProfit yourself (How to add a variable product) (Screen 12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        B) Next, you need to export your variable product to Excel using the Export to Excel<\/strong> button (Screen 13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        C) Open the created file. Your product with modifications (in our case, color and size) will be displayed there (Screen 14).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        E) Next, you need to upload the saved file by clicking the “Choose a file” button, then “Add products from Excel” (Screen 18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        I) The goods have been transferred (Screen 19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To import clients from My Warehouse into our system, you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to My Warehouse to the section Counterparties – Counterparties<\/strong><\/strong> – Export<\/strong> (Screen 20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Upload the file and open it (Screens 21, 22).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Next, you need to upload our template by clicking the “Download” button (Screen 24).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Full Name.<\/li>
        2. Last Name.<\/li>

        4. Nickname.<\/li>
        5. Phone.<\/li>
        6. Company.<\/li>
        7. E-mail.<\/li>
        8. Date of Birth.<\/li>
        9. Discount.<\/li>
        10. Comment.<\/li>
        11. Payment Details.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          6. Transfer all matching fields from the file created in My Warehouse to the template created in our system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You will be able to transfer:<\/strong> Last Name. First Name. Phone. E-mail. Comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          And will not be able<\/strong> to transfer – Full Name. Nickname. Company. Date of Birth. Discount and Payment Details (Screen 26). If necessary, you can fill them in manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Last Name<\/strong> and First Name<\/strong> are uploaded from the Contact Persons<\/strong> section in My Warehouse, and Phone<\/strong>, E-mail<\/strong>, and Comment<\/strong> are from the About the Counterparty<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          7. After you have transferred the data, upload the generated document (Choose a file) and click “Add clients from Excel” (Screens 27, 28).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
