From January 1, mandatory fiscalization of settlement and cash operations was introduced in Ukraine for Individual entrepreneur of 2-4 groups. That is, if you sell goods on the website, in social networks, marketplaces and receive payment for them on bank cards or in cash, then you are obliged to inform the tax authorities about this and, at the request of the client, issue him a fiscal check. 🙁
If you receive payment to the current account by IBAN, then it is not necessary to issue a check.
The same applies to goods sent with a cover. If you receive money from Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta to a checking account by IBAN, THEN you do not need to make checks, but if you take money from the Post in cash, then you are required to make fiscal checks.
But there is also good news:) in our service, we have made an integration with Software registrar of settlement operations Checkbox.ua. after you set up this integration in your account, you will be able to continue working with our service as before, and the program will manually or automatically fiscalize sales on the accounts you specified.
