I am an entrepreneur with over 20 years of practical experience in trade, e-commerce and business automation. And at the same time, I am also a programmer and founder of the CRM/ERP system HugeProfit.

For more than 20 years, I have been engaged in entrepreneurship and developed businesses both in Ukraine and in international markets. During this time, I have worked with retail and online trade, import, my own production in China and sales of goods in different countries of the world.

I have practical experience in sales through international and Ukrainian marketplaces, including Amazon and Etsy, as well as through social networks and my own sales channels. In Ukraine, I was engaged in importing goods and developing my own toy store, where a physical point of sale, Instagram, marketplaces and delivery of orders through Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta simultaneously worked.

It was while working on our own retail business that we encountered a problem familiar to many entrepreneurs: different sales channels existed separately, and we lacked a convenient system that could combine online and offline sales, inventory accounting, orders, deliveries, expenses, and real profit in one place.

Therefore, we first created such a system for our own business. Later, other entrepreneurs began to use it - and HugeProfit, a CRM/ERP system for automating the commodity business, appeared.

In the HugeProfit blog, I primarily share practical experience: commodity business management, sales automation, warehouse and financial accounting, working with marketplaces, e-commerce, and other issues that entrepreneurs and FOPs face in their daily work.

My goal is to explain complex business processes simply and show solutions that can be applied in practice, not just in theory.
